Chef Tyler Florence is the owner of five restaurants, including Miller & Lux, a fine dining establishment located in San Francisco and at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai on Hawaii’s Big Island. He is the author of seventeen cookbooks and is currently on tour for his most recent book, “American Grill: 125 Recipes for Mastering Live Fire”. Tyler Florence is a Food Network Personality and has hosted numerous shows on the network.

Chef, restaurateur, and Food Network personality Scott Conant has opened numerous celebrated Italian restaurants. In 2002, New York’s L’Imperio was named Best New Restaurant by the James Beard Foundation. Many other accolades and dining establishments have followed. He has written multiple cookbooks and has been a judge on the popular TV series “Chopped” since 2009.

Pastry Chef, restaurateur, and Food Network Personality Gale Gand is the author of nine cookbooks and has created her own soft drink line, Gale’s Root Beer. She was the host of Food Network’s “Sweet Dreams”and has earned two James Beard Foundation awards - one in 2001 for Outstanding Pastry Chef and author in 2007 for Outstanding Service at her restaurant, Tru.

Pastry Chef Zac Young is considered one of the nation’s top pastry chefs. He has created the PieCaken, a three-layered dessert featuring combinations of pie fillings and cakes and has influenced dessert programs at a number of eateries, including Flex Mussels Restaurants in New York, where his donuts landed among The New York Times’ list of top donuts in the city. He has served as a judge on several Food Network TV Shows.

Cheese Master Afrim Pristine is the world’s youngest maitre fromager, practicing the art of aging cheese. He is Canada’s premier cheese expert and owner of the Cheese Boutique, a three-generation, almost 50-year-old cheese store in Toronto.

Jamie Gwen is a Celebrity Chef & Lifestyle Expert, a Nationally Syndicated Radio Host, a Certified Sommelier, and a 7-time Cookbook Author. Jamie can be seen sharing her passion for food on KTLA Channel 5, NBC and HSN. RELISH is her newest proprietary venture and she proudly lives in the O.C.!

Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim is widely regarded as one of the pioneering and leading bar professionals in the world. He has won three “Iron Chef America” competitions, is the author of two cookbooks and created a line of bar tools under the name The Modern Mixologist.

Chef Aarti Sequeira is a cookbook author, journalist and Food Network Personality. She won the sixth season of “The Next Food Network Star” and hosts Food Network’s “Aarti Party” and Cooking Channels “Hidden Eats”. She describes her signature food style as American favorites with an Indian Soul.

Winemaker Chris Kajani earned a master’s degree in viticulture and enology from UC Davis. Since 2015, Chris has served as Bouchaine’s winemaker and general manager. As of last year, she was promoted to Bouchaine’s President and places great emphasis on practicing sustainable viticulture.

Award-winning Winemaker and founder of Bob Cabral Wines, Bob Cabral has been making wine since the 1970s. He is credited for making the first 100-point pinot noir in North America. Wine Enthusiast named him “Winemaker of the Year” in 2011.
